Return & Exchange Conditions

• ✔ Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• ✔ A clear, unedited unboxing video is required for all claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.
• ✔ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by RAR COLLECTIONS STORE.
• ✔ The original shipping fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, or refund requests. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
